Recently, our firm’s Xiaofeng Liang and Yuting Yu were invited to deliver a legal seminar to representatives from numerous companies. The seminar focused on two key areas: legal risks associated with expanding into overseas markets and the prevention and control of labour and employment risks, with the aim of enhancing corporate managers’ legal awareness and compliance capabilities.

Ms Yu also analysed legal issues and response strategies for popular overseas markets in Europe, the US and Southeast Asia, using real-life case studies to illuminate the legal path for enterprises venturing abroad.

Xiaofeng Liang delivered a lecture entitled ‘Risk Prevention and Control in Corporate Employment Practices in Light of the Latest Judicial Interpretation on Labour Disputes (II)’.
