On the morning of January 17, 2026, senior partners of Guangdong Neo-Ark Law Firm gathered at the Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing to hold the annual senior partner meeting. The meeting focused on four core areas: strategic planning, internal governance, brand building, and human-centered care. It reviewed 12 key proposals, with 5 core proposals unanimously approved, laying a solid institutional foundation for the firm’s 15th anniversary and new journey. To build a more efficient governance system, the meeting conducted in-depth discussions on organizational restructuring. It clarified the future direction of establishing a Neo-Ark Board of Directors at an appropriate time, defined the division of responsibilities among the management committee and reporting mechanisms for various working groups, and standardized supervision procedures for the supervisory board, aiming to establish a governance structure featuring “scientific decision-making, efficient execution, and robust supervision.” Additionally, the meeting re-examined the Guangdong Neo-Ark Law Firm Lawyer Practice Standards, setting stricter compliance baselines to safeguard the firm’s professional reputation.


In terms of human-centered care, the meeting reviewed proposals to merge the Neo-Ark Construction Fund and Retirement Fund, and preferential policies for female lawyers during maternity leave, strengthening support systems to enhance team cohesion.
