It clarified the future direction of establishing a Neo-Ark Board of Directors at an appropriate time, defined the division of responsibilities among the management committee and reporting mechanisms for various working groups, and standardized supervision procedures for the supervisory board, aiming to establish a governance structure featuring “scientific decision-making, efficient execution, and robust supervision.” Additionally, the meeting re-examined the Guangdong Neo-Ark Law Firm Lawyer Practice Standards, setting stricter compliance baselines to safeguard the firm’s professional reputation.

In terms of human-centered care, the meeting reviewed proposals to merge the Neo-Ark Construction Fund and Retirement Fund, and preferential policies for female lawyers during maternity leave, strengthening support systems to enhance team cohesion.
