The case was mediated, with the defendant refunding the deposit and bearing the client's legal fees and litigation costs.
.Represented the client in a labor dispute during the negotiation stage. The client was a senior manager of a listed company. After the employer unilaterally issued a job transfer notice, the lawyer intervened and, after multiple rounds of negotiations, secured a consensual termination of the labor relationship with an N+1 economic compensation package.

.Represented the contractor in a construction contract dispute. Despite significant disputes due to the employer's failure to cooperate with inspection, acceptance, and settlement, and claims for third-party deductions, after thorough legal argument and evidence presentation, the first instance court granted most of the client's claims. Both parties appealed, and the court of second instance modified the judgment to further increase the client's claim for variations, and dismissed all of the employer's appeal arguments, achieving an excellent outcome.
.Represented a company in a franchise contract dispute. After intervention, proactively documented evidence of the counterparty's breach, and addressed issues including entity succession and contract validity. 12.Represented the plaintiff in a motor vehicle accident liability dispute. Comprehensively collected evidence of accident liability, losses, and expenses, identified all liable parties, and actively pursued claims. The court ordered the insurance company to bear most of the compensation and successfully added a relevant individual as a jointly and severally liable defendant, significantly enhancing the likelihood of recovery.
.Represented the respondent in a complex commercial arbitration involving multiple overlapping legal relationships. Faced with a passive situation where the claimant held formally valid documents and had already obtained a freeze on the client's assets, the lawyer developed an innovative defense strategy, precisely identifying the core issue that the contract in question constituted a sham transaction under mutual collusion. By comprehensively integrating relevant evidence and constructing a rigorous defense framework, the arbitration tribunal adopted all of the lawyer's defense arguments and dismissed all of the claimant's claims. Successfully protected the client's core property and prevented dual property losses of several million RMB and related litigation costs.
.Represented the appellant in administrative proceedings. Faced with a书面-only procedure, successfully advocated for the case to be converted to an oral hearing. At the hearing, directly argued against a municipal government, successfully rebutting its unlawful administrative actions and fully presenting the client's legal arguments. The Foshan Intermediate Court fully adopted all of the client's submissions, revoking the first instance judgment and the administrative decision at issue. The court expressly held that an administrative agency's unilateral revocation of a fully performed administrative agreement violates the principles of good faith and protection of reliance interests, and that administrative discretion may not be abused. This judgment not only effectively protected the client's rights and interests but also demonstrated judicial constraints on the exercise of public power, setting a benchmark for similar administrative cases.
