Civil and Commercial:
She has represented many cases of contract dispute, personality right dispute, property right dispute, personal injury compensation dispute, labor dispute, equity transfer dispute, company dissolution dispute, tort dispute, creditor revocation dispute, marriage and family dispute, execution objection lawsuit, unjust enrichment dispute, bill dispute, etc.

Criminal Cases:
(1) Acting for Guangzhou Jianye Building fire bribery and negligence case. The prosecution prosecuted the party for negligence and bribery; the lawyer's analysis showed that the defendant did not constitute the crime of negligence, the court adopted the lawyer's opinion, and finally only found the defendant guilty of bribery, allowing the party to receive a light sentence; at the same time, the defense of the case was included in 'Academic Theory' magazine, No. 12, 2014.
(2) Mr. Ni's theft case. The case was caused by a labor dispute. As the client's employer owed the client and other employees wages for a long time, near the New Year, Mr. Ni led other employees to move the restaurant equipment out of the restaurant with the intention of selling it on an impulse, and then the employer called the police and Mr. Ni was detained for theft. When the client entrusted the lawyer, he had already been arrested and the case had reached the procuratorate stage. After reviewing all the information of the case, the lawyer analyzed the motive, subjective reasons, and objective results of the case, concluding that the party did not constitute the crime of theft, and submitted a detailed legal opinion to the procuratorate. The case was later dismissed by the procuratorate on the grounds that 'the case is not suitable for assessing the person's behavior as a criminal offense', and the person was acquitted.
(3) Kwong was convicted of illegal business operation and fraud. (According to the amount involved, the starting point of the sentence was 10 years or more); the lawyer after analysis concluded that the defendant did not constitute fraud, but rather illegal business operations, and this view was recognized by the court, which sentenced the defendant to 2 years and 9 months for the crime of illegal business operation.
(4) Zheng was guilty of selling counterfeit registered trademarks. The party in this case was detained for selling counterfeit headphones and data cables of well-known brands, and the amount involved was over 1.1 million. After reviewing the materials, our lawyer found that the scope of trademark protection for some of the accused goods did not include such items, involving an amount of nearly 200,000. Therefore, our lawyer proposed to the court to exclude this portion from the total amount involved, and the court finally adopted the opinion, reducing the sentence by several months accordingly.
(5) Other criminal cases handled include intentional injury, organizing and leading pyramid schemes, and obstruction of official duties, etc., all of which have protected the legal rights and interests of the parties concerned to the greatest extent.
